Island Mango Quail

Island Mango Quail Quail to feed the family Buckhead Gourmet Fisherman's Sauce Minced garlic Cayenne pepper Black pepper Garlic powder Seasoning salt Paprika Mix Buckhead Gourmet Fisherman's Sauce and minced garlic. Add quail and stir to coat evely. Refrigerate and let marinate for 1 hour in ziplock bag. Flip bag often to insure consistency. Mix 5 seasonings together and liberally season the quail. Heat grill over medium. Place quail on grill and cook to preference.
