Deer Chops

1 bottle Buckhead Gourmet Buck & Boar Sauce, 1 deer backstrap (cut into 1/2" or 3/4" thick chops), 3 tbsp butter, garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper, 4 cups hot water. Season chops to taste with seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place butter in hot skillet, then brown chops. Just before chops are done, add Buckhead Gourmet Buck and Boar Sauce and let simmer until chops are done.
