Black beans had a very plentiful harvest, saturating the market that had previously struggled from the shortfall of Mexican Supply in 2023. Prices have come in lower than average and are expected to remain dominate for 2025.
The black eye peas prices are stable for now with a tight supply available.

The garbanzo beans had over 502K acres planted compared to 372K planted last year resulting in a greater supply compared to demand. This is going to keep pricing lower even though popularity continues to thrive.
The dark red kidney beans supply continues to really tighten up with elevated prices. This resulted from the higher exports that are happening caused by the weather that had destroyed a large portion of crop in Argentina.

The light red kidney beans are extremely tight as exports increased resulting from the weather destroying a large portion of crop in Argentina.
The availability of great northern beans is very tight, and this is expected to not change throughout the winter months.
    Navy Beans
    Pinto Beans

Pinto beans remain stable with a favorable harvest. Pinto beans remain one of the most popular beans within the southwest region.
The demand for navy beans remains lower within the states. This is a comparable bean used in Argentina which may be a substitute for the destroyed crop on the export market.
